W Mutual Ministry

The purpose of Mutual Ministry at St. John’s is to further the ministry and mission of our church by strengthening open communication between our congregation, pastor, and staff.

This is accomplished through mutual:

- Listening and clarifying

- Sharing and communicating

- Reviewing and reflecting.

A team has been called by the Church Council and approved by them and the Pastor, to facilitate Mutual Ministry for our congregation. The called team includes:

The Mutual Ministry team is envisioned as a group that will listen and bring issues or problems within the church body to light and work toward finding ways to resolve those issues. The team will remain neutral on all issues and will not serve as an advocate for any individual or group.
